My goal is to help you understand and connect more deeply with who you are. We will spend time unmasking and deconstructing any false beliefs or thoughts that you may have about who you are and rebuild them on a foundation free of condemnation, and full of love, grace, and joy.

As part of our time together you will be encouraged to do personal reflections and journaling as a way to observe yourself as you grow.

Couples

Grow together in connection and compassion by becoming aware of how your types interact in times of conflict and growth.  Learn how to support your partner by discovering how and why they see the world as they do! This is a great opportunity for pre-marital couples and those who have been together for years.  

Families

The Enneagram can be a wonderful tool for understanding how your children see the world and how this affects family dynamics. This insight can provide effective new tools for the parenting journey.
